Honey Nut Black Jelly

Prepare black jelly and water 30g black jelly + 600ml water

Add a little water to the black jelly and stir evenly with a spoon until there are no particles

Pour the remaining water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Pour the previously melted black jelly powder slurry into the pot.

Stir continuously with a spoon until the liquid in the pot boils again and then turn off the heat. Put it in the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature.

Take out the chilled black jelly and chop it.

Spread a layer of black jelly on the bottom of the bowl.

Spread an even layer of nuts on top.
9.
Add the right amount of raisins and the right amount of honey on the top layer.
Tips:
The black jelly and water must be made in a fixed ratio, so that the black jelly made will be flexible, and it will be more delicious after being refrigerated.
