Roasted sweet potatoes, also called roasted sweet potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes, are the most common delicious snacks in winter. Black Le Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes

1. Wipe the black casserole with a wrung out wet towel and set aside.

2. Put it in a small grill (I didn't have a suitable one at home, so I made a temporary one with thick iron wire).

3. Lay the tin foil (matte side up) crisscross on the grill, with the edge protruding out of the pot a little bit to prevent the sweet potato juice from flowing into the pot.

4. Wash the sweet potatoes, wipe off the water, and put them in the pot.

5. Cover the pot, turn on high heat, and bake for 25 minutes.

6. After 25 minutes, turn the sweet potato underneath with chopsticks.

7. Cover the pot and continue roasting on high heat for 25 minutes. When the time is up to turn off the heat, don't rush the lid, use the remaining heat in the pot to simmer for another 10 minutes.

8. Use chopsticks to pierce the sweet potato, easily pierce it through, and it's ready to bake!

Tips:

There are many varieties of sweet potatoes. Red sweet potatoes have high water content, high sugar content and the best taste. Adjust the roasting time appropriately according to the size of the sweet potatoes. Try to choose sweet potatoes of the same size, which can be easily pierced and cooked. If the sweet potatoes are relatively large, extend them for a few minutes. Heile casserole should always be placed in a ventilated and dry place, with the pot body upside down. The black casserole can withstand a high temperature of 800 degrees. The ordinary casserole cannot be used to bake sweet potatoes.
