Black Millet Porridge with Red Dates and Wolfberry

Method and steps: prepare the ingredients, it is best to soak the red dates for about 1 hour in advance, wash and set aside

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add red dates, and boil the water for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Wash the black millet thoroughly, put it in the pot, and cook for about 3~5 minutes. Pay attention to stirring with a spoon and don't paste the pot.

When the millet is cooked, the soup is slightly viscous and the heat can be turned off.

Wash the medlars, add them to the porridge pot, cover the pot and simmer for one minute.

When it comes out of the pot, you can add some rock sugar to boil it according to personal preference. If you don't like sweets, you don't need to add it. I didn't add it.
