Black Millet Sea Cucumber Porridge

Tips:
Don't wash black millet excessively. The skin of black rice has natural melanin, so you can't rub or stir it with your hands. Rinse the rice with clean water before cooking. Excessive washing of the rice will lose the vitamins in the skin.
