The tiny chicken wings roots are roasted, and they are greasy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are definitely the love of carnivores! "

Black Pepper Chicken Hammer

1. Wash the roots of chicken wings.

2. Cut from the joints and push the flesh and skin forward to form a meat hammer.

3. Pierce the hole with a bamboo stick.

4. Add cooking wine, black pepper, and Orleans grilled wings marinade.

5. Put the Mongolian plastic wrap in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

6. The marinated chicken is placed in a baking tray lined with tin foil.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, the middle level, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 20 minutes.

8. In the meantime, take out the brushing juice and turn it over.

9. Grilled chicken hammer.

Tips:

The longer the chicken wing roots are marinated, the more delicious they will be. I usually put them in the refrigerator overnight.
