Black Pepper Steak

Thaw the steak and pat the steak on both sides with the back of a knife.

Pour out about 10 grams of Chicago steak seasoning.

Spread the seasoning evenly on the steak and marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour a little olive oil in a hot pan and add the marinated steaks over a medium-low heat.

Flip and fry until cooked to your liking.

Finally, pour in a bag of black pepper steak sauce and collect the juice slightly.
Tips:
If you want to pat the steak loose, you can use a professional meat hammer. If not, simply use the back of a knife to pat loose. The purpose is to make the steak meat softer and break the texture. The maturity of the meat depends on personal taste preference.
