Black Pepper Steak

Heat a pan, add butter, add steak, high heat for 1 minute, turn over for another minute

Put the sauce in a low heat, evenly spread on both sides, take the steak out of the pan and put it on the plate. Put the red wine into the pot, bring the sauce to a boil, and pour it on the steak.

Place the side dishes around the plate and enjoy it.
