Black Sesame Brown Sugar Crepes
1.
Add black sesame seeds and brown sugar to the food processor. (Mainly my brown sugar is lumpy)
2.
grind to powder.
3.
Add the flour and boiling water to make a soft hot dough, and let it rise for half an hour.
4.
Roll out into pancakes and brush with thin oil.
5.
Sprinkle with black sesame and brown sugar powder.
6.
Roll up.
7.
Turn and roll from one end of the long roll, and then squash it.
8.
Carefully roll into pancakes.
9.
Put in a saucepan, low heat, and cover slowly.
10.
Turn over and bake, and finally turn to high heat to make both sides of the cake evenly colored.
Tips:
Don't worry about the sugar juice oozing out, because I don't put a lot of sugar, and the melted sugar is basically absorbed by the black sesame powder.
