Hand Cake
1.
Wash the lettuce and control the moisture. (I planted it on the balcony and picked it directly when I ate it).
2.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, knead it, and cut the ingredients. Take a cut piece of dough, roll it out, brush it with a little oil, and then fold it up like a folding fan.
3.
Roll up and press flat.
4.
Roll into a round pancake.
5.
Brush a little oil in a wok or pan, add the cake dough, and fry slowly on low heat. When the cake gradually becomes transparent, turn it over.
6.
Seared until golden on both sides.
7.
Pour a little oil in the pot, add salt and beat the eggs, pour them into the pot and spread them out into omelets.
8.
The bacon is fried.
9.
Spread lettuce, quiche, bacon on the cake and roll it up. (You can also put on your favorite salad dressing or tomato sauce).
10.
Finished picture. (It can be accompanied by soy milk or milk, etc.).
