Black Sesame Gnocchi

The cooked black sesame seeds are crushed into powder in a food processor.

Add in caster sugar and lard (corn oil I use) and mix well.

Divide into 20 equal parts and roll into small balls for later use.

The glutinous rice flour is mixed with warm water to form a uniform and appropriate dough.

Take one-tenth of the dough and put it in a pot of boiling water to cook.

Let cool before mixing into other doughs.

Live well again. This is a good package, and the skin is not easy to break.

Divide the dough into 20 equal parts.
9.
Take a dough and knead it into a round cake with a thick middle and thin sides, and then wrap it with a black sesame filling.
10.
Slowly tighten the mouth with the tiger's mouth to form a spherical shape. Do the others in turn.
11.
After the water is boiled, add the glutinous rice balls, float and cook for another minute.
