Black Soy Milk, Chia Seed Oatmeal --- Delicious and Simple Breakfast

Wash the soybeans and black beans, add an appropriate amount of water to soak for two hours (you can also soak first at night).

Add the right amount of wolfberry and two jujubes, pour the soaked bean water into the soymilk machine together with the beans, and press the wet bean button.

If you like to drink pure soy milk, you can filter the bean dregs (usually I leave half of the bean dregs and soak it in oats).

Put one serving of oats in a bowl.

Add a spoonful of 5 grams of chia seeds (chia seeds can fill your stomach, relieve bowel movements, and supplement omega3 and other nutrients)
6.
Pour in black soy milk and start eating.
Tips:
It will be more nutritious without okara.
