Black Tea Nut Toffee

Prepare the ingredients and quantity. If you don’t have the salt-flavored macadamia nuts, you can replace them with peanuts or other nuts

Each macadamia nut is divided into 2 pieces with a knife

Maltose sits in warm water to make it fluid

Put whipped cream, brown sugar, white sugar in the non-stick pan, and weigh the non-stick pan on the electronic scale when taking maltose

Melt raw materials by heating at medium heat

After the sugar is completely melted, turn to low heat and add the concentrated black tea powder. If there is no concentrated black tea powder, this step can be omitted

After mixing the black tea powder evenly, turn to high heat

The syrup is boiled until it is thick, and the temperature is about 125 degrees. If you make soft candy without nuts, you can cook it to 115 degrees

Wrap all the macadamia nuts in toffee syrup and remove from the fire

Pour the toffee into a glass bowl lined with greased paper to shape, or use a square mousse mold

After simple setting, use a rolling pin to roll out a little thinner

The toffee feels warm after you put it in your hand. Use a knife to cut it into sugar cubes of suitable size. When it is cold, it is easy to cut

Wrap the toffee in sugar paper. If you want a better seal, it is recommended to use a machine-sealed bag.
