I bought a lot of blood oats, which are basically used for porridge. The combination of different ingredients is one of the combinations with mung beans and millet. A good health porridge.

Blood Oatmeal and Mung Bean Porridge

1. Wash the mung beans and soak in cold water for 30 minutes

2. Pour the soaked mung beans into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn on the electric cooker

3. Millet clean

4. After boiling, the millet is in the pot with the same pot

5. Blood oatmeal cleaned slightly

6. Boil the pot again, and put the blood oats into the pot and boil. Boil until the ingredients are cooked and cut off the electricity, simmer for a while and serve.

Tips:

1. The ingredients are matched according to personal preference.
2. The blood oatmeal is easy to cook, and finally put it into the pot.
