Blood oats are bought at the New Year Market. I bought a lot under the propaganda of the merchants, and started various kinds of porridge. I haven't really experienced the therapeutic effects of the food that the merchants say, but the taste is still very good. This blood oatmeal millet porridge is a good porridge suitable for all ages.

Blood Oats Millet Porridge

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the inner pot of the rice cooker, put it in the rice cooker and cover it to burn
