Wash the tower vegetables and try to keep them whole.

Dice the ham.

Soak dried shrimps in water to soften.
4.
Dice the preserved egg.
5.
Heat the pan and saute the dried shrimps.
6.
Pour 2 bowls of water, add preserved eggs and ham and boil for 10 minutes.
7.
Add the tarts and boil until soft, season with salt and sugar to serve.
