Blueberry Sweet Bean Curd

Soy beans are soaked in water for more than 2 hours, [preferably overnight].

The lactone is dissolved with a small amount of warm water.

The soymilk machine program is completed, and filter it into the fresh-keeping box with lactone while it is hot.

After standing for 20 minutes. Soy milk solidified into bean curd.

Just pour the blueberry juice on the bean curd.
Tips:
The concentration of tofu soy milk is twice that of ordinary soy milk. Pay attention to heat preservation when solidifying.
