Tips:
1. The tofu is heated first, and then drained. One is to remove a part of the beany smell, the other is to sterilize, and the third is to avoid too much moisture in the final mixed raw cheese paste, which will affect the solidification;
2. The choice of fruit, as long as it is not very water content, such as bananas, cherries, etc.;
3. Jam can be replaced with honey, maple syrup, syrup, etc., as you like;
4. This raw cheese does not contain coagulants, so consume it as soon as possible after taking it out of the refrigerator.
