Blueberry Yam

Peel and wash the yam.

Cut into long strips.

Boil in water for 3-5 minutes.
4.
Drain the water.

Lay out.

Dilute the blueberry jam with a little warm water, pour it on the yam, and serve.
Tips:
1. If you like the yam to be crisper, the time should be shorter, and if you want to be softer, the time can be longer.
2. Dilute the blueberry jam with warm water before pouring it out.
