Blueberry Yam Puree
1.
The yam is peeled, washed, and steamed in an electric pressure cooker.
2.
Put the steamed yam on the cooked food cutting board and crush it with a knife.
3.
Add granulated sugar while it is hot and mix well.
4.
Wait for the yam mud to cool a little bit, take an appropriate amount of yam mud and put it in the mold, press it firmly and level.
5.
Put the blueberry sauce on the plate, add some water and stir evenly, and pour it on the yam puree.
Tips:
If you like a delicate, softer taste, you can add an appropriate amount of milk and put it in a food processor to make a puree.
