Babies over 8 months old can eat yam. This food supplement is suitable for babies who do not have teeth and who do not like to eat fruits. The sweet and sour blueberries are paired with the soft waxy yam. A dessert-like complementary food is ready. Of course, it is not recommended for babies under 1 year old to add sugar to blueberry jam.
