Boiled Chinese Cabbage

Top the cabbage and wash it

Bring the stock to a boil. If the stock is too thick, add some water.

Blanch the cabbage in the pot.

Blanched cabbage served on a plate

Heat the pot, add a little oil, and add a tablespoon to consume the oil
6.
Pour the soup of blanched cabbage into the pot and bring to a boil
7.
The soup is drizzled on the cabbage
8.
Just add some shredded green onions and carrots
Tips:
The cabbage does not need to be blanched for too long, otherwise it will damage its nutrition.
