Boiled Rape

Wash large head rapeseed

Cut into petals, the larger ones can be cut into 4 petals

Boil water in a pot, add some oil and salt, add the rape, blanch the water for about a minute

Remove the blanched rapeseed and place it on a plate to control excess water

Add steamed fish soy sauce

Add minced garlic and shredded pepper
7.
Fill the pot with oil and cook until blue smoke
8.
Pour hot oil on the minced garlic and chili shreds.
