Umami Rapeseed
1.
Wash large heads of rapeseed.
2.
Cut a rapeseed into four halves lengthwise. If it is too large, you can cut it into smaller half.
3.
Boil the water in a pot, add some oil and salt, and blanch the roots of the rape for about ten seconds.
4.
Then put the leaf part into boiling water.
5.
Take out the hot rapeseed, put it on a plate, and drain off the excess water.
6.
Fill the pot with oil and sauté the minced garlic under cold oil until fragrant.
7.
Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
8.
Stir-fry on low heat until fragrant.
9.
Add appropriate amount of water, turn the heat to a boil, taste the flavor, add salt to it. I added more light soy sauce with oyster sauce and I didn't add salt.
10.
Water starch thickens.
11.
Until the soup thickens.
12.
Just pour the soup on the rape.
