Stir-fried Tofu with Canola

1 piece of old tofu, 6 stalks of rapeseed, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Blanch the water to remove the fishy smell.

Pick and wash the rapeseed.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat in a pan and add some oil to fry the chives, ginger, garlic.

Add canola and stir fry.

Add salt and five-spice powder, stir fry evenly.

Fry the chives, ginger and garlic in a separate pot.

Add tofu and stir fry.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Add salt, five-spice powder and the soup just made by frying the rapeseed. The frying is all dry.

Serve the plate with fried rapeseed.
