Bone Carrot Soup
1.
To be honest, I don’t know whether the soup should be boiled or cold under water. Today I put cold water and bones into the pot, boil it on high heat and boil it on low heat for 15 minutes.
2.
Cut the radishes into large slices, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Then pour it into the bone broth along with the red dates, soaked seaweed and shiitake mushrooms.
3.
Add the radishes and boil for 2 minutes, cover and simmer until the radishes are broken.
Tips:
Pickling the radish with salt in advance is convenient to taste, so you don't need to add salt when boiling the bones, and finally try the taste after the radish is cooked.
