Raw konjac is poisonous, but don’t worry, all we can buy and eat are processed konjac or konjac products. The konjac noodles I bought can be mixed, fried or boiled, and can be eaten in a variety of ways. Konjac has the functions of relieving menstrual anxiety, delaying menopause, acne beauty, weight loss and other functions for female friends. Girls like to eat it, but it cannot be used as a substitute for meals. Long-term gastrointestinal eating will also be unbearable.

Fried Konjac Noodles

1. The konjac noodles used are ready to eat in the open bag. After opening the bag, control the moisture in the bag and rinse it with clean water several times.

2. Boil a pot of hot water, add the konjac noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes after the water is boiled, remove it and pass in cold water and set aside.

3. Wash the carrots and green peppers, and cut into filaments for later use.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shredded green onion and stir fry for a good flavor

5. Add the carrot shreds and stir fry.

6. Fry until the carrots are soft, add the konjac noodles and stir well

7. Add a spoonful of shiitake mushroom tempeh sauce and a little light soy sauce and stir-fry well.

8. Add the shredded green pepper and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle a little salt and stir-fry well, then it is out of the pot.

9. The fragrant konjac noodles are ready to be enjoyed.

Tips:

Konjac is cold, and those with symptoms of cold and cold should eat it carefully, and those with skin diseases should also eat less. Because konjac is rich in dietary fiber, people with poor gastrointestinal function and indigestion should not consume too much each time. With Joyoung light luxury pie wok, fried noodles will not stick to the pan and use less oil.
