Cold Konjac Noodles
                            
                                1.
                                Take the konjac noodles out of the box, rinse with water, drain and set aside; wash and shred cucumbers and carrots, peel the garlic and cut into fines
                            
                            
                                2.
                                Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil, add the konjac noodles, blanch for 2 to 3 minutes
                            
                            
                                3.
                                Remove the konjac noodles, put them in cold boiling water to cool, then remove and drain
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Put the konjac noodles, cucumber shreds, and carrot shreds from step 3 in a large bowl
                            
                            
                                5.
                                Add minced garlic, then add other seasonings (soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chili oil and salt), mix well
