Braised Ang Prickly Fish

I bought three angkor fish, washed them and marinated them with cooking wine and ginger slices, then poured oil into the pot and fry the fish over low fire.

Tips:
The fishy smell of ang thorn fish will be more serious, so the marinating process can be appropriately lengthened. The fish is stew resistant, but the angkor fish is more tasty, so there is no need for too long.
