Braised Ang Prickly Fish

Cut the ang stabfish into pieces, rinse with clean water, and dry.

Put star anise in hot oil in the pan.

Then pour the ang thorn fish and stir fry. Add chopped green onion, dried chili, and ginger.

Stir fry until golden, pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce.

Just stir fry a few times, pour in a bowl of water and simmer for a while.

Simmer for five minutes and add garlic cloves. Bring to a boil and pour a little salt to get out of the pot.
