Braised Beef Knuckles with Garlic

1. Beat the hooves into sections and wash and blanch them. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.

2. Cut the condiments and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan under the seasoning to stir up the aroma.
