Braised Beef Knuckles with Garlic

Beat the hooves into sections and wash and blanch them. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.

Cut the condiments and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan under the seasoning to stir up the aroma.

Add hoofs and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer over low heat. (Forgot to take pictures and pull, woooo)

Simmer for 5 minutes, poke with chopsticks, if it is rotten, collect the juice on high heat and serve.
Tips:
1. The beef hoof should be simmered slowly, and it will be delicious when the gelatin is released.
