Beef Hoof and Carrot Claypot

Main and auxiliary materials: beef hoof, white radish

Put the cleaned ox hoof cold water into the pot, boil it and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove and rinse for later use.

Add cold water to the soup pot and put in the spare hooves.

Add ginger slices.

Add cooking wine.

After selecting a high heat to boil, change to a low heat and cook for about 2 hours until the hooves are soft and rotten.

Cut white radish into pieces.

Put the white radish in the soup pot, bring it to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Season with salt, MSG, and add coriander.
Put it into a bowl and eat.
Tips:
1. Because white radish is easy to be cooked, so after simmering the beef hoofs, put the white radish into the boil, and the remaining temperature of the soup pot can make the white radish fully cooked.
2. If you don't like white radish, you can leave it alone. But radish and beef are the best match.
