We also need to gradually heat up the beef by adding cold water to force out the blood in the beef. If hot water is added, the beef protein will coagulate and blood water Can't get out

After boiling, there will be scum. You must immediately pick up the spoon and skim it out little by little. Here is a test of patience. Be sure to skim off all the scum. This is a clear braised beef broth. The essential. You can’t wait for a long time before boiling the froth, because at that time all the froth has become black and attached to the beef. If you want to get rid of it, you can’t do it.

If there is enough time, then continue to simmer over the fire after skimming the froth. If time is not enough, then pour the beef and the soup into an electric pressure cooker and leave it to it. Remember to put the hawthorn in this time, the purpose of putting the hawthorn is to make the beef simmer quickly. It took me 35 minutes to cook in the electric pressure cooker. Of course, it also depends on the temper of your pot.
