Stewed Potatoes with Beef Ribs

Soak the beef ribs in clean water and change the water several times.

Cut into large pieces.

Cut tomato into small pieces and slice green onion and ginger.

Put clean water in the pot, add beef, add some cooking wine, cook until the blood foam rises, remove it and rinse with warm water.

Put a little oil in the wok, add beef and stir fry until the color changes slightly.

Add scallion ginger and seasonings and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add soy sauce and stir fry for color, add diced tomatoes and fry until soft.

Add beer and hot water to the beef, put it in an electric pressure cooker, select the beef button, and let it cook naturally.

Put the cooked beef back into the pot, add potatoes, season with salt, and stew until cooked.
Tips:
Stewing beef with an electric pressure cooker is quick and does not need to be taken care of. If you have time, you can stew it slowly with fire.
