Braised Bream

Clean the bream, make a few strokes on the fish body, and dry the water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden on both sides.

Add green onion knots, ginger slices, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, and some water in turn.
4.
Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Collect the juice and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
