Braised Bream

The bream is cleaned and washed, the green peppers are washed and cut into cubes, the carrots are peeled, washed and sliced, I use a mold to make stars, this step can be omitted, ginger slices, green onions and chopped green onions

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, pour the bream, and fry on high heat until golden on both sides

Add sliced ginger and green onions and saute

Put cooking wine, salt, sugar, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, add water, 2/3 of the amount of the fish body, cover the pot and cook on high heat

Open it and check that the water volume is almost 1/2. Carefully turn the fish over, add carrots and green peppers, continue to cover the pot and cook.

Collect the juice over low heat, put it on a plate, pour the soup on the fish with a spatula, and put on the coriander
