Braised Bream in Red Soybean Sauce

Prepare the red-oiled bean paste, remove the scales, gills, belly, and wash of the bream.

Heat the oil in the pan, dry the bream, and fry in the pan.

Fry on both sides, add appropriate amount of water, put down onion knots, garlic and ginger slices.

Put 2 tablespoons of red bean paste.

Add sugar, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cook on high heat for 8 minutes.
