Braised Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Chop the ginger, green onions and garlic.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 15 peppercorns and 2 slices of ginger to a pot of chicken drumsticks under cold water, boil and blanch water, remove and set aside.

Tips:
