Braised Cured Duck with Bamboo Shoots

Material: cured duck.

Material: Dried bamboo shoots, fungus, coriander (Dried bamboo shoots and fungus need to be soaked in water in advance.)

Heat the pot and stir-fry the cured duck on a low heat until the oil of the cured duck is forced out.

Add dried bamboo shoots, add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.

After adding the ginger slices, add an appropriate amount of water. Add enough water at one time. The dried bamboo shoots absorb moisture. Cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.

Put the fungus in and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
7.
Add coriander and chicken essence.
