Braised Fish Head Tofu

The fish heads of the selected live fish are very fresh.

Soft tofu. The tender tofu tastes faster when it is cooked.

Slice the pork belly and set aside.

The condiments are shown in the picture. The taste is determined by yourself.

After frying the pork belly, put the fish head in and fry it inside and out.

After the beer is added, add more water and simmer slowly.

Simmer on low heat for 30-50 minutes.
