Features: Complete color, fragrance, and nutritious. The outer skin is crispy and the inner meat is tender and delicious. Because this dish contains two special spices (wood ginger, fennel), it may taste very different from the common braised fish pieces. These two spices can not only remove the fishy smell of fish, but also have a special fragrance. Make the prepared dishes taste more delicious.
