Braised Flat Fish

Put the oil in the pot and sauté the ginger until fragrant. Fry the fish on both sides. If you eat it, you can add some dried red pepper.

Put some water, dark soy sauce, and salt on both sides.

Bring the water to a boil, turn it over on both sides, boil the coriander and chives for a while, add some chicken essence before serving.
