Braised Lamb with Radish

Cut the lamb into small pieces.

Put it in a large basin and soak in clean water for 1 hour.

Put clean water in the pot and cook the lamb under cold water. After it is boiled on medium-high heat, cook for another 2 minutes on low heat.

After blanching, remove the lamb and rinse with water and drain.

Prepare the onion, ginger, garlic and spices.
6.
Wash the radish and cut into hob pieces.

Put a small amount of oil in a pot to heat, add star anise, cinnamon, dried chilies, and saute the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour in the mutton and stir fry until it is fragrant.
9.
Add boiled water, without lamb.
10.
Add cooking wine, braised soy sauce, sugar, boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

Add salt and white radish.
12.
Continue to cook for 30 minutes.
Tips:
Add enough water at one time, do not open the lid halfway, do not add water. Pepper can remove the fishy smell from lamb
