Braised Liao Ginseng with Millet

The materials are ready, and the liao ginseng is foamed and ready for use.

Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Hot sea cucumbers in a pot.

Remove and set aside.

Simmer the sea cucumbers in clear stock for half an hour.

The millet is simmered with thick broth to form a porridge.

Add the simmered sea cucumber and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with a pinch of salt, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Serve on a plate and garnish with a little broccoli.
Tips:
1. The fire for boiling millet in thick soup must be small.
2. If time permits, increase the time for the clear soup to boil Liao ginseng.
