My favorite dish in the restaurant. I like every ingredient in this dish. It is not difficult to prepare. The important thing is that the baby can eat it and it is rich in nutrition. Hope you will like it too! "

Bazhen Tofu Pot

1. Boiled and peeled quail eggs, peeled Arctic prawns, dried sea cucumbers in water, and cut tofu into pieces;

2. Deep fry tofu until golden on both sides;

3. Cut the fried tofu into triangles;

4. Saute the garlic sprouts and ginger in a casserole;

5. Add shrimp and stir fry;

6. Add the tofu, add all the seasonings, pour in hot water, and the tofu will burn through;

7. Put in the sea cucumber, and cook the sea cucumber thoroughly;

8. Put in the quail eggs and burn them through;

9. Just sprinkle with garlic sprouts when out of the pan.

Tips:

1. The sea cucumber I use is made by soaking dried ginseng. The soaking time is very long. If it is troublesome, you can choose fresh sea cucumber or instant sea cucumber;
2. Shrimp I chose arctic shrimp, or fresh shrimp, the taste of shrimp is the best;
3. You can add squid or cuttlefish, I usually add it, but I can't buy it recently, so I didn't add it;
4. The whole cooking process should not be too long, so as not to affect the taste of seafood from getting old.
