Braised Noodles with Beans and Chicken Breast

Prepare all the ingredients, freeze the chicken breast in advance, clean it and cut it into thin strips, remove the head and tail of the old stems from the beans, and then cut into small pieces. Finally, the ginger, garlic and millet are also processed and chopped into mince;

Start the pot, pour some cooking oil into the pot, add the chicken breast strips when the oil is hot, stir-fry until the color changes, pour in the minced garlic, chopped chilli and minced ginger, stir fry for a spicy flavor, then add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry for coloring, serve on a plate and serve;

Start the pot again and pour the oil. After the oil is hot, pour into the carob segments, stir-fry until they are broken, and the color becomes darker. You can add an appropriate amount of salt in the middle to increase the bottom flavor and accelerate the ripening of the beans;

Then, pour a large bowl of water, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of soybean paste, and bring to a boil;

After boiling, scoop out 1/3 of the soup and save it for later use;

At the same time, spread the wet buckwheat noodles in a basket, place them on the pot, and heat them with the beans, turn to medium and low heat and heat for about 10 minutes;

When there is less soup in the pot, spread the steamed noodles on the beans in the pot, pour in the fried chicken breast at the same time, pour in 1/3 of the soup, cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 1 minute about;

Finally, pour the soup into the pot twice more, making sure that there is not much soup in the pot before pouring each time, so that it is braised noodles instead of boiled noodles. Wait until there is less soup in the pot at the end , Stir the ingredients in the pot evenly;
Tips:
1. Wet noodles or semi-moist noodles are best for noodles, but dry noodles are not recommended;
2. If you don't lose weight, the chicken breast can be replaced with ribs, pork belly, etc., and braised together with the beans for a delicious taste;
