Chicken Soup Soba Cold Noodles

Add some cold water to the thick chicken soup

Bring water to a boil, cook fresh soba noodles and remove

Take it out, rinse thoroughly with cold water, then rinse with cold boiled water, drain the water for later use

Slice fresh pork legs, shred cucumber and fried eggs, and set aside

Tips:
1. The noodles are slightly harder than the usual soup noodles.
