Braised Octopus

Cut the octopus, wash and put in cooking wine, marinate with ginger for 20 minutes

Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides
3.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and prepare the garlic alone
4.
Put the single garlic in the pot and fry it in oil
5.
Add tomatoes for 15 minutes, add some water if you like juice
