"Toothpick meat" is believed to be eaten by many people, and "toothpick octopus" may be rare. I made it for the first time, but the production methods are similar.
The hairtail is very convenient to eat after deboning. You eat meat in your mouth, so you don’t have to worry about getting stuck, because you can’t eat it at all. The fried fish bones are crispy and fragrant, especially delicious.

Toothpick Octopus

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. After the hairtail is cleaned, wipe off the water, and stick the side of the hairtail under the bone slice with a knife.

3. The flesh of the hairtail is separate from the main bone, both sides are the same

4. Then cut the cut hairtail into small pieces

5. Fish bones chopped into sections

6. Put the octopus and fish bones in a bowl, add cooking wine, white pepper and meat sauce, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes

7. After marinating, string the octopus with a toothpick

8. Pour more oil into the pot and heat it over medium heat. When the oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot, add the octopus and fry it until golden. Cover yourself with the lid to avoid being burned by the oil, pay attention to safety!)

9. Then deep-fry the fish bones until golden and fish out

10. According to personal preference, sprinkle some cumin powder and chili noodles and mix well, and eat it while it is hot, fragrant and crispy

Tips:

1. Be sure to pay attention to safety when frying octopus
2. Try not to throw the fish bones, they are very crispy after being fried, delicious and calcium supplement
3. The fried octopus is best eaten while it is hot, it will become soft when it is cold, and the taste will not be good
