Braised Octopus
1.
The hairtail was washed and cut with a knife. I didn't think it took time to marinate it.
2.
Prepare the condiments.
3.
I thought it was troublesome to fry, so I fry it directly.
4.
Once the shape is finalized, fish it out. It's a big pot, and it shrinks by half when it's exploded.
5.
Prepare the seasonings and put them together so as not to forget them for a while. Rock sugar (white sugar is also OK), cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar.
6.
First place the rock candy and stir fry. If you like a darker color, just fry it for a while.
7.
Add ginger, garlic, sweet pepper and sauté.
8.
Pour in a little rice vinegar, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil.
9.
Today’s male number one, Mr. Hairtail, is invited to enter the venue, and there is applause!
10.
Add garlic white half a minute before starting the pan, and finally add the garlic leaves, turn it over, and then start the pan. At first, it was served directly with a shovel, but later found that it was not aesthetically pleasing, so I used chopsticks to hold it up and put it on the plate. Then pour the soup on the octopus stack, and finally sprinkle a little green onion and coriander on the top of the stack, and you're done! It takes a bit of time to make this dish. It takes at least 30 minutes to wash the octopus, cut flowers, and deep-fry. The next step is at least 10 minutes. It is delicious, but it should not be too troublesome.
