Braised Pork in Soup

Pork knuckles are blanched in water to get rid of the fishy smell.

The skin surface is soaked in color.

Pour olive oil into the pot, add the elbows, and fry until the outside is charred and the inside is tender.

Put the shallots in the pot and sauté until fragrant, pour in the light soy sauce, and add appropriate amount of water.

Add star anise, anise, and cinnamon, boil for the juice.
6.
Serve out and drizzle with juice.
